Flow JPlex™ UHP Direct Drive Pump

Flow JetPlex 55,000psi UHP Direct Drive Pump is designed to ensure the highest possible pressure stability in the pump, with optimal performance, reliability and easy, predictable maintenance. JetPlex pumps are based on field-proven technology with more than 7,000 pumps installed worldwide, logging more than 65 million working hours.

Modern JetPlex triplex pumps utilize Flow’s Patented Automatic Control Valve, or Pac-V, to ensure quick reaction when changing operating pressure or opening and closing the flow of water through the cutting nozzle. The Pac-V is also easier and more reliable to use than designs that utilize a bypass valve or dual orifice design to control water flow. Another benefit of Pac-V technology is that it allows the use of a wide range of orifice sizes, ensuring that you can tackle the most challenging and diverse applications.

Our Windows®-based software is easy to learn, and as a result of our 35 years in business as the inventor of the abrasive waterjet, already contains all of the optimized parameters for cutting different materials and varying thicknesses in a single database.

Standard drawing formats are imported and processed in just minutes. No specialized knowledge of waterjet machining is required.
