UHP waterjets are used to remove paint and powder coatings from paint system car carriers and paint booth grates, and prepare surfaces prior to the application of coatings to power train components.

An integrated waterjet cleaning system utilizes 40,000 psi or more direct drive pump technology, which is the highest pressure in the industry. With our higher pressures, it's possible to use lower water volumes to clean. These lower water volumes generate less reaction force than other conventional water cleaning systems. A primary benefit of waterjet cleaning, compared to alternative methods such as grit blasting, chiseling, and incineration, is the environmental friendliness of UHP. The paint remnants are easily separated from the water for disposal while the water can usually be drained without additional treatment.
